一、产品与品质
Product & Quality
1. 所有大闸蟹均为新鲜活蟹，发货前经过严格筛选与检查。
All crabs are fresh and live, carefully inspected and selected before delivery.
2. 由于大闸蟹属鲜活产品，重量、大小及外观可能略有差异（±10g 以内）。
As live products, minor differences in weight, size, and appearance (±10g) may occur.
3. 此次优惠配套仅提供活蟹，不包含熟蟹服务。
This promotion package includes live crabs only and does not provide cooked crab service.

二、配送与运费
Delivery & Shipping
1. 我们提供全西马包邮到家服务。
We provide free home delivery across West Malaysia.
2. 请注意，部分地区属于偏远邮区（如部分东海岸或山区邮政编码），目前无法发货。若系统检测为偏远区，请勿下单。
Please note that certain remote postal areas (e.g., parts of East Coast or mountain regions) are not eligible for delivery. If your postal code is listed as remote, please do not place an order.
3. 配送时间依地区固定安排，恕不接受更改发货日期。若无法配合，请勿下单。
Delivery dates are fixed by region and cannot be changed. If you cannot comply with the schedule, please do not place an order.
📦 发货时间安排 / Delivery Schedule:
• 北马地区（Northern Region）：11月5日、6日 / 5 & 6 November
• 南马地区（Southern Region）：11月7日、8日 / 7 & 8 November
• 雪隆区（Klang Valley）：当天下单，翌日派送 / Order today, delivered the next day

三、死亡或品质问题
Dead or Quality Issues
1. 若收到蟹时发现死亡，请立即拍照并于1小时内通知客服。
If any crab is dead upon arrival, please take a photo and notify customer service within 1 hour.
2. 经确认属实后，可提供等值补偿或安排退款。
Once verified, we will provide equivalent compensation or a refund.
3. 未及时反馈或蟹体已烹煮者，恕不受理。
Claims made after the time limit or after cooking will not be accepted.

四、食用与保存建议
Storage & Consumption Advice
1. 活蟹请于当天或次日内烹煮，以确保最佳鲜度与口感。
Please cook live crabs on the same day or the next day to ensure freshness.
2. 收货后请立即冷藏保存，避免置于高温或闷热环境中。
Keep crabs refrigerated immediately upon receiving and avoid hot or humid areas.

Disclaimer
1. 大闸蟹属生鲜产品，不适用于一般商品退换政策。
Hairy crabs are fresh produce and not covered under standard return or exchange policies.
2. 顾客下单即视为已阅读并同意本条规。
By placing an order, customers are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms.
3. 本店保留条款的最终解释与修订权。
The store reserves the right of final interpretation and amendment of these terms.
